Mylar Tubing
A classic mylar tube for the Christmas Tree and the Flame. Both flies are classics on the Danish coasts and probably need no further introduction. The mylar tube can be used for much more than these two flies. It is excellent for creating bodies on sea trout and salmon tube flies. At the same time, the green and pink are phosphorescent, something that can be utilized in the summer night - both in the river and on the coast. The Minnow body version has woven other colors in between the flash, creating some very attractive bodies on both fish imitations and river flies. We use mylar for the Flame, Hka Sunray, the Monk, the Christmas Tree, and a wide range of other flies.
