That's why we also offer an extensive selection of hooks for all imaginable fishing situations. So, here you will find all the fly hooks that we tie on and fish with. As anglers, we care a lot about our fish hooks.
At Nordic Anglers you will find fish hooks for fly tying and all kinds of fishing. It doesn't matter if you are making homemade herring lures or if you are using a treble hook with strong wire - it is definitely in our range. With the right double hook, you can easily make a beautiful and effective fly.
We have double hooks for fly tying, as well as for tube flies. Your sea trout and salmon flies deserve a good and presentable hook to complete your pattern.
Double hooks are excellent for many things - even the smaller hoverflies for the shore. In particular, golden bass and copper bass are often tied on double hooks.

No matter if you are looking for a hook with a fine or heavy wire, we have it. For Danish fishing, we ourselves are happy with the Owner STN 36BC , as it hooks excellently.
These hooks, and tube fly hooks in general, are also excellent hooks for through-swimming.
Remember that hook sizes are specified in such a way that a larger hook size number means a smaller hook. So a size 14 treble hook is smaller than a size 8.

Single hooks are slowly starting to gain popularity in Danish salmon fishing . This is because you can fish right down to the bottom and catch less fish than you might with a treble hook.

You can do a lot to optimize your fishing by using the hook that best suits the species you are fishing for - or the conditions you are fishing under.
If you fish in Norwegian rivers with high water flow, many prefer a stronger wooden hook than they do for Danish fishing. Meanwhile, many spin fishermen want a fine wire, as this means that the hook just sets super well. If you fish in areas with many smaller fish, we also have a large selection of barbless hooks, so you can spare the fish as much as possible.
