Put and take - Rubber animals
Put and take lures are a wildly toxic method of outsmarting the lake's rainbow trout. Lures are effective for blind fishing as well as spot fishing, and with their wild movement in the water, can really make the difference on a tough day. Make sure to have a few different sizes and colors with you so you can quickly switch if the fish don't immediately take the first thing you show them.
