Flash - Ripple Ice fiber
Ripple Ice fiber is a super cool flash material that you can mix into wings, dubbing and much more. It is a slightly stiff, but still vibrant, fly tying material. It is available in fluorescent versions and it glows wildly when you hold it under the UV lamp. Electric ripple ice fiber is the same material, but without the flash effect but still with a very wild UV effect.
Ripple ice finber is the perfect material for tails, wings and bodies on all types of flies and really gives a great boost to any pattern. We use it a lot for river, pike, perch and salmon flies
