Returns & Warranty

Nordic Anglers offers a 2-year right to claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for significant defects discovered during normal use of the product. The right to claim does not cover faults, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention. Claims for faults and defects must be reported to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the fault or defect was discovered or ought to have been discovered.

In connection with warranty claims, Nordic Anglers will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

I called Daniel again the next day for a price match, which he gladly accepted. It's a pleasure to shop there. This means it's not the last time I'll be shopping with them.
