We are changing our name.

Fluebinding.nu and Flytying.eu are changing their names to Nordic Anglers. The name change, together with a brand new webshop, is one of the first steps in a new growth strategy.

"The name change to Nordic Anglers comes as we have expanded our showroom and course facilities in Aarhus. From here, we will continue to work with the personal service and on ensuring continued growth in the business and expanding our range," says John Petermann.

The vision is to create the largest webshop in the Nordics, which includes not only fly tying, but fishing in general. We want to create a brand that is easy to understand and that everyone can be a part of. The name change helps us reach a little wider, as the name is aimed at both our Danish and international customers.

"It makes sense to bring our business and marketing initiatives together under one common name. This way we can offer all our customers - Danish as well as international - a uniform and good shopping experience," notes founder Daniel Holm.

Even though the name is new, the new brand is still run by the partnership of Daniel Holm and John Petermann. This also means that customers can expect the usual good service and quality, as the partnership continues to spend a large part of its working hours handpicking the best quality products before they land in the webshop.

"With Nordic Anglers' growing range, there will be a wide selection for the beginner as well as the seasoned angler. The new name helps to mark that we have reached a point today where it is about more than just fly tying," says Daniel Holm.

The name change coincides with the launch of a brand new and user-friendly webshop. The new name and a brand new webshop will probably take some getting used to, but we hope you will welcome it.
