<div class="page-title"> <h1>Terms of Trade</h1> </div> <h5>Payment Terms</h5> <p> Nordic Anglers (Fluebinding Aps) accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Any card fees are charged to the buyer. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. </p> <p> Fluebinding Aps encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. </p> <p> Fluebinding Aps also accepts payment via bank transfer by agreement. Once we have registered your transfer, we will ship the item. Orders placed until 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. We ensure that delivery is made with GLS (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. All orders are charged shipping costs of DKK 35.</p> <p> However, timely delivery requires that GLS adheres to day-to-day delivery. If GLS delays occur, this will delay the delivery accordingly in relation to the desired delivery date. GLS quality targets for delivery reliability are a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Please note that these percentages are averages and can cover large, local and time-limited variations. Nordicanglers.com cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS. In the event of very delayed (several days) or outright non-delivery, nordicanglers.com will of course send a new delivery free of charge. </p> <p> Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS's same-day delivery target, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take two days. Nordicanglers.com strives to provide same-day delivery, but in special cases it may take longer. In such cases, you will be contacted. Deliveries are made to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad, but at a higher postage rate. </p> <h5>Return policy</h5> <p> There is a 60-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received or from the day you receive the order confirmation, if you receive this after the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as you received them. Cancellation can also be done by refusing to receive the goods. When the goods have been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of returning them yourself. </p> <p> Please note that personalized/customized goods, such as a custom fly reel with an engraved name, cannot be returned. </p> <h5>Right of complaint</h5> <p> Nordic Anglers provides a two-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act for extensive defects that are found during normal use of the goods. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects must be notified to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the error or defect has been discovered or should have been discovered. It is not a requirement, but the processing is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of previous correspondence, etc. </p> <h5>Refund</h5> <p> In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made.
