Payment terms
Nordic Anglers (Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps) accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Any card fees are charged to the buyer. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps also accepts payment via bank transfer by arrangement. Once we have registered your transfer, we will ship the item. Please transfer the money to the following account:

Alt-I-Fiskegrej Aps reserves the right to make typos and out-of-stock items. Delivery We pack orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and ship the same day. Orders placed until 2:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. We ensure that delivery is made with GLS (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. All orders are charged shipping costs of DKK 35. Timely delivery, however, requires that GLS adheres to day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. GLS's quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 97% for letter parcels and a minimum of 99% for parcel mail. Please note that these percentages are averages and can cover large, local and time-limited variations. Nordicanglers.com cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS. In the event of very late deliveries (several days) or outright non-delivery, nordicanglers.com will of course send a new delivery free of charge. Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS's same-day delivery target, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take two days. Nordicanglers.com strives to provide same-day delivery, but in special cases it may take longer. In that case you will be contacted. Deliveries are made to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad, but at a higher postage rate.
Return policy
You have a 60-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received or from the day you receive the order confirmation, if you receive this after the goods. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you simply have to return the goods in the same condition and quantity as you received them. Cancellation can also be done by refusing to receive the goods. When the goods have been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.
Please note that personalized/customized items, such as a custom fly reel with an engraved name, cannot be returned.
Right of complaint
Nordic Anglers grants a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act for extensive defects that are discovered during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be notified to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the defect or deficiency has been discovered or should have been discovered. In connection with warranty cases, Nordic Anglers will bear the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns are also made to this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD. This is not a requirement, but the processing is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of previous correspondence, etc. Refund In the case of agreed decor cards, returned goods or prepaid goods that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made.
Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and Nordic Anglers therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account.

Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have provided documentation of having returned them before then.
