About organic cotton
Cotton cultivation accounts for 15% of the pesticides (sprays) used worldwide – many chemicals end up in nature.
People who work in conventional cotton production are also at risk.
In organic cotton production, weed control is done through manual labor and with the help of insects. Organic cotton production strives to spare nature many millions of liters of chemicals.
