US Opossum - Black

You can tie super nice sea trout and salmon flies with the skin of a US Opossum. Cut a wedge-shaped zonker wing out of the skin and you have the perfect hair wing. You can also just cut the hairs off and use them as wings on smaller hook and tube flies. The hairs from the American opossum are very shiny. They consist of soft and curly undercoat, as well as some slightly longer and stiffer guard hairs. This gives a super nice and dynamic wing that suits many different fly patterns. The pieces are of superb quality. The skin is thin and incredibly easy to work with. The hair length typically varies between 1-3.5 cm. The pieces are approximately 14x14 cm.

Nordic Anglers grants a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sales Act for extensive defects that are discovered during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and deficiencies must be notified to Nordic Anglers within a reasonable time after the defect or deficiency is discovered or should have been discovered.

In connection with complaint cases, Nordic Anglers will bear return costs to a reasonable extent.
